Meet Calvin

We may have had a slight impulse buy, his name is Calvin.

For those of you who don't know, Logan will be deploying for six months the first of April. I am super nervous about being in this country without him. We decided that a puppy may help my loneliness.

Calvin was 8 weeks old when we got him. It has only been a week and he has already grown a little and become a bit stronger.  He loves playing with his toys but also still sleeps a lot. Potty training is hard but I am home enough that he doesn't have too many accidents.
Calvin is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel - one of the most popular dog breeds in the UK. He is adorable! Yesterday we got him to climb the stairs in our house. It was pretty funny because he gets stuck but he has really gotten the hang of it. I am doing my best not to spoil him and have made him climb the stairs every time I have gone up today. I am excited to have a puppy but they are hard work!  He has been a good little dog so far.
