This is world wide treasure hunting, and so much fun! You look for hidden objects by GPS coordinates, sign a paper that you found it, and search for some more! The boxes you find can be tiny and only include a log sheet to sign, or it can be a box where people trade items in and out or leave cards. We leave an american penny in the boxes we find. Unfortunately we tend to forget about geocaching when we are on trips so we have only found them around England, but we plan on finding them in other countries as well! This post includes pictures from when we first started geocaching, over a year ago, to our latest adventure in August. This trail in Peterborough had 15 caches and took us about 4 hours to finish. Enjoy! :)
The following pictures are from a "night cache" we found, it was creepy but really fun!
